As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 105 people, 50 households, and 29 families residing in the city. The population density was 561.6 people per square mile (213.4/km2). There were 64 housing units at an average density of 342.3 per square mile (130.1/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 99.05% White, and 0.95% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.95% of the population.
There were 50 households out of which 24.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, 4.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 42.0% were non-families. 38.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 22.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.10 and the average family size was 2.69.
In the city the population was spread out with 19.0% under the age of 18, 3.8% from 18 to 24, 27.6% from 25 to 44, 25.7% from 45 to 64, and 23.8% who were 65 years of age or older.
